The hotel's location, just opposite the train station, was incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Despite being close to the station, the hotel offered a surprisingly quiet atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean and modern bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast, included in the room rate, offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.
There were occasional communication issues between the reception staff and the cleaning service, leading to some minor inconveniences.

Our stay at Mercure was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location right next to the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We had a perfect stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal, right next to the main train station, making it convenient for us to explore the city using public transport. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful sleep. Even though our room didn't have windows, the sunlight that filtered in added to the overall pleasant ambiance.
